Greetings! I just got finished with chapter 2, into 3. I'm ready to start on lithium. Do you recommend starting with 1mg per day for most healthy people? (I know this is not medical advice, just a general question) I found 1 mg and 5 mg supplements through my regular suppliers. I am a nutritionist and a chiropractor and I am interested in helping people with lithium. I always try new things on myself first! I'll look here for your input.
